The ideal candidate will have a State Journeyman license required for the state of Kentucky, as well as proficiency in using electrical tools and testing equipment for solar installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise multiple electrical crews and ensure compliance with state statutes
- Supervise, mentor, and train apprentices
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety procedures
Requirements:
- Must enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather
- Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials, adhering to all safety standards
