Experienced Maintenance Supervisor in Uvalde TX

We are currently looking for a talented Lead Maintenance Technician to support our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solving maintenance issues in a professional manner, maintaining the structural integrity of the building and keeping up with maintenance tasks in an efficient manner., Supervising assistant maintenance and other maintenance technicians. This position requires dealing with a range of mechanical issues from repairing broken pipes to replacing faulty heating systems, HVAC, Pool Maintenance, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with management staff to troubleshoot problems.
• Inspect pre-operative equipment to ensure that it is in proper working order.
• Troubleshoot problems with equipment and install new equipment when needed.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff, assigning tasks, and providing guidance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee the ordering and stocking of necessary supplies and parts.

• HVAC: 1 year (Required)
• Electrical: 1 year (Required)
• Plumbing: 1 year (Required)

• Property maintenance: 2 years (Required)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• HVAC Certification (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
