This role will be primarily located in Fort Myers, Florida. The Marketing Manager will need to be on-site at least four days a week at Azul’s locations, including Fort Myers, Naples, Bonita Springs, and Cape Coral, with occasional travel to locations in other parts of Florida, including Sarasota.

Responsibilities:
  • Even and Partnerships: Oversee all events and partnerships conducted by the Azul Marketing Manager and contractors, including sourcing, planning, and executing a full calendar of on-site and partner-hosted events.
  • Organic Social Media: Develop and execute social media calendar (with contractor support as needed) to deliver patient acquisition, engagement, and cross-selling. Develop and continually refine the strategy for organic social, and work closely with the team to ensure executional alignment with this strategy.
  • Influencer & PR Management: Grow awareness for Azul in relevant markets through targeted influencer, earned media, and paid PR placements.
  • Promotional Strategy: In partnership with the Azul Regional Manager, develop and execute targeted promotions to maximize patient- and practice-level profitability, including promotions that improve acquisition, address seasonal capacity considerations, and increase cross- and up-selling for current patients.
  • Budgeting, Planning, & Forecasting: Design, track, and actualize monthly marketing budgets and performance targets with input from the Azul Marketing Executive, Azul Practice Managers, and the Aesthetic Partners Chief Marketing Officer. Design and communicate monthly marketing plans to deliver forecasted targets.
  • Website & SEO: Work with Azul agency partner(s) to oversee creative and structural updates to the Azul website, develop relevant and optimized landing pages, and develop monthly blog posts that support organic traffic for relevant search terms.
  • Patient Acquisition: Develop and execute marketing plans to acquire new patients while minimizing cost per acquisition.
  • Patient Retention & Engagement: In partnership with the Patient Journey Center Lead and Practice Azul Regional Managers, design and execute tailored communication, cross-selling, upselling, and retention programs to maximize patient lifetime revenue.
  • Paid Media Strategy: Develop, deploy, and assess paid media plans to support growth goals for all Azul locations. Analyze patient journeys and collaborate with Practice Managers to optimize treatment focus for patient acquisition messaging based on operational capacity and patient journey profitability. Work closely with digital agency and media vendors to optimize deployment, including budgets, targeting, messaging, copy, and creative.
  • Creative Development: Work with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and in-house / contract-based content capturers to develop content for all active marketing channels, including but not limited to direct mail, billboards, TV, radio, paid digital, website, e-mail, and organic social media.
  • Marketing Compliance: Ensure marketing compliance with all legal regulations across all communication channels, including but not limited to the Azul website, paid media channels, organic social channels, signage, and email flows.
  • Team Management: Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture among the Azul marketing ecosystem (including full-time direct report, agencies, and part-time contractors). Provide clear direction and ongoing coaching to the Azul Marketing Manager to support engagement and continued growth.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Eight years of professional experience in marketing, including a minimum of two years in a marketing leadership role.
  • Direct experience with the following channels:
  • Event Planning
  • Partnerships
  • Influencer
  • Organic social media
  • Paid media management, including the direct purchase of offline media channels (direct mail, OOH, TVC) and the oversight of paid social media
  • The design, deployment, and optimization of patient SMS and email flows
  • Website management (no coding experience required)
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to develop effective marketing briefs for creative campaigns and the ability to communicate monthly marketing plans to all internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong quantitative skills, including the ability to develop a budget, track performance, and calculate ROI of marketing initiatives.
  • Prior management experience and the ability to motivate and lead internal and external resources.
  • Industry experience in beauty, medical aesthetics, healthcare, or hospitality preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate will be:
  • Deeply knowledgeable about the Florida market, with the ability to identify and coordinate local marketing opportunities to reach Azul’s target audience
  • A self-starter, capable of owning and executing the marketing agenda for the Azul brand
  • Highly collaborative within and beyond the Azul team
