Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests in a welcoming and friendly manner.
- Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
- Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables as needed.
- Verifying customers' identification and confirming it meets the legal drinking age.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy restaurant area through disposing of waste, clearing glassware, and wiping down service areas.
Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent leadership capability and customer relations skills are essential.
- Detailed oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Possess basic computer skills and basic computational ability.
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
- Knowledgeable about the basic functions of Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, and POS systems.
- Able to work independently and have self-driven qualities.
- Familiarity with table and bar service, spirits, beer, wine, and flavor profiles.
