We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Service Specialist to join our team at AZUL HOSPITALITY. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience with every visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Beverages: Expertly prepare and present a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to exacting standards.
- Manage the Bar: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restock supplies, and ensure efficient operation of equipment.
- Interact with Guests: Engage with guests, answer questions, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on menu offerings, beverage knowledge, and hospitality best practices.
Requirements:
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
- Certifications: Possess Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification and California RBS Certification.
- Experience: One to three years of high-volume bar experience required.
