What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist/Cleaner position at Azulene Day Spa II?
We’re looking for spa coordinators to manage our reception area and daily cleaning agenda. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will be cross trained as both a receptionist and cleaner. To be successful in this role, a pleasant and professional personality is a must, as this is a customer service role. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential.
Reception
- Greet & welcome guests upon arrival
- Answer phone calls; book & confirm appts
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, fill all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Update calendar & schedules
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying
- Serving guests drinks (water, soda, wine, beer)
Cleaning
- Laundry
- Dusting & deep cleaning
