Job Summary
We're seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our team. As a transformational leader, you'll be instrumental in developing a culture that emphasizes high-quality care and patient safety. You'll manage day-to-day operations, staff, and strategic initiatives to achieve our objectives in key performance areas.
Responsibilities
- Culture Development: Create and maintain a culture that prioritizes high-quality care, patient safety, and employee engagement.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including departmentalization, delegation, and alignment of responsibilities to meet patient care and business objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement focused business development processes, ensure medical staff compliance with regulatory and accreditation guidelines, and organize management and operation of the Facility.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local government agencies, businesses, affiliate health providers, and the surrounding community.
- Performance Appraisal: Evaluate leadership team performance, assess competencies, and provide coaching or corrective action as needed.
- Staff Development: Ensure participation in facility-wide in-service and continuing education programs and recruit allied health professionals and psychiatrists to increase service offerings.
- Contract Management: Effectively work with the corporate contracting team to manage and direct contract negotiations, ensure contract compliance, and oversee revenue growth.
- Continuum of Care: Lead the development of comprehensive outpatient services and community-based programs.
- Compliance and Accreditation: Ensure survey readiness, maintain accreditation, and adhere to the Corporate Compliance program.
Qualifications
- Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Marketing, Clinical Discipline, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience and Skills: Minimum three to five years of experience in senior leadership or CEO role in behavioral health, acute care, or managed care environment. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of facility administration, clinical operations, and crisis management.
- Personal Characteristics: Uncompromising passion for mental health and addiction treatment, empathy, authenticity, humility, and self-awareness.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
