Responsibilities
- Execute a variety of tasks related to construction, repair, and maintenance across different projects.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations.
- Maintain an organized workspace, keeping tools and materials in good condition.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions.
Qualifications
- 5 years of proven experience as an Artisan or in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or masonry.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents including blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on job responsibilities.
