SUMMARY OF FUNCTION: Full-time faculty follow an 80-10-10 model of responsibility to students, the College, and the
community college districts. All faculty members are engaged in continuous assessment and expanding teaching
methodologies and delivery systems to improve student academic success and retention. This includes active participation in
departmental/divisional meetings and activities, student recruitment] retention/advisement activities, community/partner
relationships, and in activities that promote and support the district-wide academic goals of the local constituents and the
College. Faculty may be asked to teach on various campuses, via online/hybrid courses or “linked” sections of the same
course as directed by the needs of the College district. Such assignments may be any length of time, and course scheduling
may include daytime, evening, and/or weekend hours
