Job Summary
As a location Program Director for B² Community Care, it is your responsibility to ensure the safety and security of all aspects of the DSA program at all times. Your duties are all encompassing when it comes to the location’s operations and functional capabilities.
If the Program Coordinator is unable to perform their duties due to sickness, etc., it is the Program Director who will assume these responsibilities until the Program Coordinator can return back to work. These roles are to alternate to ensure that there is a member of management at the facility at all times. A strong suit of the Program Director is the ability to handle situations on the spot and be prepared for the expected schedule to change at any moment, ensuring all clients and staff have the guidance and support they need. As great as it would be for the days to go as planned, there is always the chance of a medical emergency, behavioral episode, or local emergency that could derail them and it is the Program Director’s responsibility to ensure things run smoothly and safely no matter what.
