This role will play a critical part in accelerating product adoption, executing commercial strategies, and supporting the growth of the Pavise brand in the Arizona – AZ/NM/NV region. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen, sales expertise, and the ability to cultivate strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell B.A.I. Biosciences’ product portfolio to aesthetic professionals across the AZ/NM/NV region.
- Develop and execute key sales targets and commercial strategies.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts and KOLs (Plastic, Dermatology, and Aesthetics providers).
- Conduct training programs for physicians and their staff on product usage, benefits, and differentiation.
- Organize and execute promotional events, open houses, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and product adoption.
- Provide expert consultation, scientific and clinical training, competitive product differentiation, and market insights to stakeholders.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial innovation and drive by establishing and scaling territory management plans based on priorities, sales potential, and business objectives.
- Maintain an exceptional level of customer service and industry knowledge, ensuring long-term partnerships and business growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to refine strategies and maximize product sales.
- Actively participate in scheduled company sales meetings, conference calls, and other necessary business meetings.
- Positively represent B.A.I. Biosciences at national and regional conferences, networking events, and industry expos.
- Demonstrate and model high integrity aligned with company standards and policies for business and compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 4 years in B2B sales required - skincare, medical devices, aesthetics, or specialty pharmaceuticals strongly preferred.
- Aesthetics sales background required, related experience with a skin care company strongly preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities while achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong ability to prospect, open new business opportunities, and develop key accounts.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and business planning skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Monday.com), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and virtual communication tools (Slack, Zoom).
- Strong knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities in aesthetics and skincare.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation abilities, and interpersonal relationship management.
- Ability to travel up to 75% (including overnight stays) and transport materials (up to 50 lbs) as needed
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
