We take pride in teamwork, high quality work, good work ethic, and safety. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee asphalt projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of asphalt processes. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project timelines and budgets. B&H Asphalt does anything from maintenance on asphalt, to installing new asphalt.

Duties

• Work closely and communicate well with project managers.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of asphalt crews on-site.
• Conduct construction estimating to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Review plans and specifications to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and others to facilitate smooth operations.
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members to enhance skills and productivity.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is required.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
