We are seeking a skilled Laborer that is willing to learn and grow within the company. Wages are starting out at $18.00 an hour and are re-evaluated after 30 days of work. B&H offers yearly Christmas Bonus's and offer a IRA company match. We are a family owned and operated business for 30 years, and we look forward to growing and innovating for another 30 years. This job is seasonal, typically starting in mid April, and going until late November. Generally there is opportunities for overtime almost every week. We take pride in teamwork, high quality work, good work ethic, and safety.
Duties:
- Dirt work
- Paving
- Patching
- Crack sealing
- Sealcoating
- Maintenance
Requirements:
- Drivers license is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Ability to operate machinery such as skid steers, and small equipment.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work outdoors in warm weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and detail oriented.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
