About The Role
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our financial operations, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of payments that contribute to the success of our unit-based contracts. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help maintain the financial health of our organization while driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and record customer payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Prepare and distribute invoices, statements, and payment reminders to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and provide outstanding customer support.
- Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and implement collection strategies.
- Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status for management review.
Key Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Nice-To-Haves
- Certified Accounts Receivable Specialist (CARS) certification or equivalent.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
