About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests' rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting. You will work closely with other members of the Housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service will be critical to your success in this role. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Housekeeping or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Certification in Housekeeping or related field
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort
- Ensure that all amenities and supplies are fully stocked and in good condition
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Assist with laundry and other Housekeeping tasks as needed
- Provide exceptional service to guests at all times
Skills:
As a Room Attendant, you will use your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting. You will also use your communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional service to guests. In addition, you will use your ability to work independently and as part of a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
