What are the responsibilities and job description for the NEMT Driver position at B&B Medical Transport?
B&B Medical Transport is a Non-Emergency Medical Transport company that provides transport to ambulatory clients to and from their medical/non-medical appointments. We are seeking efficient, dependable, reliable, trustworthy, energetic and courteous drivers to join our growing team.
Responsibilities includes safely transporting passengers to and from their medical/doctor appointments in a On-Time/timely manner. Communicate effectively with passengers and provide excellent customer service. Assist members in and out of van if needed, operate GPS System, complete trips logs, communicate with office/dispatch.
Must be able to work Early Morning Hours Mon-Fri and some Saturdays if needed but not required

Qualifications
- Must have a valid drivers license (clean driving record)
- At least 21yrs of age
- Must be able to pass a National Background Check and Drug Screen
- Operate company van in a safe and responsible manner at all times for work purposes only.
- Keep company van clean and perform safety inspections daily.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, able to work efficiently in a respectable manner at all times, able to communicate in a effective manner and use good decision making skills. Must be able to multi-task and keep all passenger information confidential.
- Experience is preferred but not required
- Must have working phone with GPS maps
- Must be clean, able to dress casually
- Must complete Passenger Safety class (provided by company during hiring process) unless you've previously taken the class and have a valid certificate
