JOB OVERVIEW
As a Busser, you will support our wait staff and set up our dining areas. You are responsible for
providing a clean and pleasant dining experience by clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables.
This job requires you to work during the evening, on weekends, and occasionally on holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Duties include but are not limited to :
- Prepare dining areas before guests are seated.
- Decorate tables with candles, napkins, linens, and flowers.
- Place tableware and condiments on tables.
- Serve water.
- Refill beverages and take orders.
- Remove dirty utensils and replenish as needed.
- Provide special silverware sets to families with young children.
- Clean and reset tables after guests leave.
- Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas.
- Clear tables and bring dishes back to the dishwasher to take care of.
- Cleaning.
- Completing any other duties as delegated or directed by your supervisor.
