The theatre is open 365 days a year with holidays being some of our busiest times. While we work with everyone to make sure they have time with their families, we also must make sure the theatre is staffed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Duties include but are not limited to :
- Politely interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the entertainment areas to ensure a magical entertainment experience.
- Treats all guests with positive attitude to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed guests' expectations.
- Maintains safe and secure entertainment areas.
- Administers a waiting list and pagers if necessary.
- Redeems arcade points for redemption prizes.
- Cleans, organizes, and stocks redemption store and counters.
- Cleans arcade games and routinely sweeps / vacuums arcade carpets.
- Attempts to troubleshoot malfunctioning arcade games and otherwise notifies management or maintenance of any malfunctioning arcade game machines.
- Assigns bowling lanes based on availability, group size, lane spacing, and waiting list.
- Takes guest information and quotes wait times to guests accurately when lanes or courts are not immediately available.
- Cleans / scrapes and sanitizes bowling shoes and organize by size.
- Works with fellow employees to ensure enjoyable experience while in the facility.
- Answers Entertainment questions.
- Responds promptly to guests' needs.
- Maintains restrooms throughout shift.
- Cleaning.
- Completing any other duties as delegated or designated by supervisor.
