Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer/Operator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various operational tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment that may include driving and equipment operation.

Duties

• Operate and maintain various types of machinery and equipment, including flatbed trucks and tow trucks.
• Perform routine inspections and basic automotive repairs to ensure optimal functionality of vehicles.
• Drive commercial vehicles, adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Assist in conflict management with customers, providing excellent customer service during interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Utilize mechanical skills to troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs on equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.

Skills

• Proficient in commercial driving, with experience operating flatbed trucks and manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform automotive repairs effectively.
• Excellent conflict management skills, capable of resolving issues amicably with customers.
• Demonstrated customer service abilities, ensuring positive interactions with clients and team members.
• Experience as a mechanic or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
