*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Spa Manager to oversee our spa operations and ensure exceptional customer service. This is a Temporary position for 8-12 weeks. This position is starting in March until May. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, retail management, and team leadership. *Duties* - Manage day-to-day spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service - Drive sales through effective retail strategies and promotions - Ensure the spa maintains a clean and organized environment - Train and supervise spa staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner - Utilize POS systems for transactions and inventory tracking - Implement marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones *Skills* - Proven experience in sales, retail sales, store management, and stock control - Strong background in retail management with the ability to negotiate effectively - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficiency in POS systems - Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals
