We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Staffing Assistant to join our team at B&C Care System Inc, a leading home care agency providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. As a Staffing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the care they need by managing staffing schedules, coordinating caregiver assignments, and assisting with administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule caregivers to meet client needs efficiently.
- Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers to confirm schedules, make adjustments, and address any concerns.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of staffing schedules, caregiver assignments, and attendance.
- Assist in the recruitment process by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new caregivers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and client requirements.
- Provide support to the Office Manager and other administrative staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in staffing, scheduling, or administrative roles, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Proficient in Mac

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
