What you’ll be doing:

• Answering phone calls, directing calls, and resolving customer inquiries with a smile
• Processing sales orders, creating pick reports, and generating shipping labels
• Keeping up with daily email and phone correspondence with customers
• Preparing and packaging orders for shipping – multiple parts and boxes ranging from 1 lb to 40 lbs
• Accurately and systematically building accessory product kits
• Initial receiving of company mail, packages, raw materials, and parts
• Support and fill in when necessary for all other Office and Fulfillment team members
• Extensive filing and organizing receipts, sales orders, purchase orders, and miscellaneous company documents

Absolutely Required:

• **MUST HAVE** Excellent work attendance - you have very few obligations or health requirements that might conflict with your work schedule
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Reliable form of transportation
• Newton, KS or nearby area residency
