We are looking for a dedicated Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. As a Construction Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects
- Coordinate project scheduling and ensure timelines are met
- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeter, HeavyBid, Primavera, Prolog, and Bluebeam for project management
- Oversee construction estimating processes to ensure accurate cost projections
- Review schematics and collaborate with team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites
- Communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
