Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Coordinate front desk activities, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
- Develop and maintain filing systems for both electronic and paper documents to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist in budgeting processes, tracking expenses, and managing office supplies inventory.
- Implement organizational strategies to enhance workflow and productivity within the team.
- Schedule management for meetings, appointments, and events to optimize time for all staff members.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as needed, including preparing reports and presentations.
- Lead and manage the office team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or a related field is required.
- Familiarity with medical office management is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in office software applications.
- Experience in budgeting and financial tracking preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
