They are moving to full nocturnist coverage with APPS on days and nights. This hospitalist program is based on quality of care not on productivity. Work 7 on and 7 off, 12 hour shifts. Occurrence malpractice, paid retirement and health insurance plan and paid holidays Can participate in research if so desired but not necessary. This is about 45 minutes from Pittsburgh city.
