Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Order Puller to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. This role requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accurate pulling and packaging of materials for shipment.
Responsibilities:
- Pull orders accurately and efficiently, paying close attention to product details and quantities.
- Take care to double-check pulled items to avoid order accuracy issues.
- Operate a forklift safely and effectively to move materials within the warehouse.
- Secure materials on pallets and prepare them for shipment.
- Properly notate paperwork and orders to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks and duties as needed to support warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Forklift experience required, with a valid certification.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, up to approximately 65 lbs., as part of daily duties.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work hard and complete tasks efficiently.
- Capacity to recognize when to ask questions and seek clarification to ensure task accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
