Job Description:
We’re looking for an office manager who has excellent organizational skills and a personable disposition to keep us thriving. The ideal candidate will have a natural flexibility in handling day-to-day routines as well as surprises. The office manager will provide strong, reliable support for operations and excellent communication with customers.
Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
· Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, supply management, and customer relations.
· Answers business phone and emails and serves as first point of contact for customers
· Provide administrative assistance to leadership and staff, ensuring everyone has what they need to excel.
· Manages all payroll, billing, and accounts payable & receivables
· Act as a central point for internal communications, ensuring team alignment and effective collaboration.
· Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline office workflows.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience as an office manager or in a comparable administrative leadership role
· Strong time-management, highly organized, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability
· Exceptional people skills and ability to work well with customers, maintaining professionalism and ensuring a positive experience
· Excellent problem solver
· Self motivated and works well in a fast paced environment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office and basic accounting skills
Salary: $45,000 – $65,000 annually based on experience and qualifications, with potential for performance bonuses.
