- Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure that packaged goods meet company standards.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality and compliance issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Conduct training and coaching to ensure employees understand quality and compliance expectations.
- Ensure adherence to all GMP & Safety Procedures.
- QA Experience Required.
- Experience within a Leadership Role is Preferred.
- Effective Communication Skills.
