Job Description
The SQF Site Practitioner Manager will be responsible for ensuring the SQF program is functioning properly and making continuous improvements. This includes writing, verifying, validating, and approving SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal, cGMP, and HACCP audits
- Coordinate customer, third-party, regulatory (FDA), and compliance audits with support from the Quality Assurance Manager
- Collaborate with manufacturing departments to improve current programs, implement new programs, and maintain a Food Safety Culture in the facility
- Manage new item set-up and changes related to Food Safety and Quality
- Coordinate key Food Safety and Quality programs managed by Quality
- Foster a team environment and learning
