Requirements / Skills
Job Responsibilities:
Schedule service technicians for their daily workload.
Answer customer calls and record customer needs.
Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
Be Safe in the Moment: Follow and promote safety initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Working Knowledge of basic computer applications.
Helpful and friendly mindset with customers.
Present a professional image in appearance and preparation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
