THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - DISPATCHER
This is a full-time dispatching position, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You'll also participate in an on-call rotation to handle after-hours calls and job bookings, ensuring seamless service for our customers. This is not a remote position.
Your day will start by answering incoming calls from customers, technicians, and vendors, providing excellent customer service at every touchpoint. You'll book jobs, request permits and locates, and schedule crews for efficient daily operations. You'll monitor technician clock-ins and clock-outs, ensuring they arrive promptly to jobs, and coordinate with vendors to keep everything on track. After each job, you'll debrief technicians to gather critical insights and maintain accurate records.
OUR IDEAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - DISPATCHER
- Experience scheduling and dispatching crews or the ability to quickly learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute while managing multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Customer-focused, professional attitude that thrives in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
