Job Overview:
The Accounts Payable Inventory Manager is responsible for the timely and accurate payment of all invoices made through the “Purchase to Pay” process. S/he will promptly communicate with vendors who inquire on these payments and ensure accurate entry of invoices into our system of any invoice paid and reconcile them against the inventory received.
The AP Inventory Manager also oversees the workflow and productivity of each AP team ensuring that all activities are handled as designed. Possessing an expertise in AP concepts and the processes of the department, the Manager resolves any issues which have been escalated from any member of the AP department as well as internal team members and/or vendors. The Manager implements any procedural or policy changes which improve the operational efficiency of the department. Additionally, the Manager reviews special case invoices and selects the most optimal solution to expedite payments.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Oversees the workflow and productivity of all areas of the A/P Inventory department.
- Delegates and prioritizes assignments based on complexity and availability of team resources.
- Implements procedural and policy changes to improve departmental efficiency.
- Ensures accurate approval and processing of all invoices in a timely manner.
- Maintains controls on payment disbursement process.
- Ensures timely reconciliation, authorization, and payment of company credit card purchases in a timely manner.

Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:
- Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable Management Experience
- Experience in Managing Large Teams
- Retail Experience a Plus (But not mandatory)
- Various ERP and P2P Experience
- Microsoft Office 365
- Salesforce
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
