Essential Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure efficient returns processing, product evaluation, storing and customer service.
- Conduct internal audits and maintain an active presence on the floor.
- Enforce safety standards.
- Assist with training new staff and provide ongoing mentorship.
- Liaise with other departments for smooth operations.
- Partner with Department supervisor to drive improvement initiatives.
- As assigned by the manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
- Basic understanding of maintenance procedures and operations.
- Organizational and time-management abilities.
- Physical capability for lifting and moving heavy items.
- Basic computer skills and inventory software skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- Minimum of two (2) years prior experience in a warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training is a plus.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs independently
- Extended periods of standing/walking
