The HR Support Associate is responsible for supporting general operations of the department. They provide all necessary administrative support to the department – maintaining documentation and communications pertaining to the department, gathering necessary data/ reports and coordinating with different departments to fulfill assigned tasks. With the guidance of their Senior Manager, the HR Support Associate will work with minimal supervision to ensure that the day-to-day team operations are completed.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the department.
- Manage consistent employee interaction throughout the day
- Partner with multiple departments including Safety and Security to ensure access procedures are adhered to
- Maintain all documentation/communications for the department.
- Prepare reports/summaries, maintain logs and supplies, etc.
- As assigned by the Senior Manager
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands in a high paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources position
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
