Job Description:
Write and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) that outline business processes in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with management to gather information, document process flow, and detail steps/instructions. Ensure consistent format is followed for all process manuals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and review SOPs that accurately reflect business processes
- Conduct site visits and interact with teams to gain insight into process flow and daily operations
- Verify that all business processes are documented in a standardized format and made accessible to all users
- Analyze root causes and implement solutions to enhance process efficiency
Requirements:
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree or higher required; advanced degree preferred
- Proven knowledge of SOP creation
- Able to break down complex processes into manageable components
- Effective collaboration and communication skills
- Mastery of Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience in warehouse environments advantageous
- Ability to travel between NJ and NYC offices may be necessary
