Job Title: Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Eligibility: Candidates must reside in or around Surulere, Lagos to be considered for this role.
Job Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with at least two years of experience to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations while providing a welcoming and professional first impression to clients, visitors, and employees.
Responsibilities:
-Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
-Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
-Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain office calendars.
-Handle administrative tasks, including document management and data entry.
-Maintain an organized and professional office environment.
-Assist various departments with administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
