Job Summary:

As an individual contractor in the role of Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our expansion, pitching our services to clients. You will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base, all while working independently and contributing to the success of a fast-growing company. Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients to promote and sell our virtual assistant, recruitment and business support services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activity.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of proven sales experience, preferably in a commission-based or remote role.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and take initiative.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
• Comfortable utilizing virtual tools for communication and remote work.
• Familiarity with U.S. markets is a plus.
