Duties We are looking for someone that has experience in used car sales and advertising, person must have some computer skills as well as familiar with the legal paperwork side of the business.
We are a new smaller used car dealer we are looking forward to growing in the near future,
Advertising on Facebook, Marketplace and a few other places we are paying for .Also keeping up with our webpage marking vehicles sold or adding new vehicles, pictures and editing prices . We do not expect you to know everything as we our still learning ourselves. willing to teach to fill in the areas that are new to applicant. We are willing to negotiate pay and hrs based on experience.
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements, providing tailored recommendations.
- Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options to potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Manage dealership inventory by keeping track of available vehicles and ensuring accurate listings.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer value.
- Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the sales process, including follow-ups after purchase.
- Handle outbound sales calls to generate leads and promote dealership offerings.
- Ensure adherence to dealership policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Strong inventory management skills with the ability to control stock levels effectively.
- Familiarity with the automotive market and current trends is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both customers and the dealership.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with strong phone etiquette.
