Landscape Installation Foreman

At B&K Lawn and Landscape, we relate our success directly to our team. To continue operating at our high standards, we are seeking a Landscape Foreman who’s a born leader. This person should have experience in overseeing a landscape crew to make it hit the goals set by B&K. The ideal candidate will be an expert communicator who has a strong ability to delegate responsibility to crew members.

Job Responsibilities:

· Able to manage 2-8 employees that might be working on your project.

· Assure the timely documentation of projects (timesheets, delivery receipts, change orders, etc.)

· Awareness of daily, weekly, and total project budgets

· Able to get projects done on time and on budget.

· Read and understand landscape plans/ designs.

· Operate all landscape equipment such as skid steers, mini x, loaders, trenchers, compactors and all other pieces of equipment.

· Train crew members on how to use equipment as needed.

· Maintain a clean and professional job site.

· Must be a self-starter.

Job Requirements:

· Must have 3 or more years of landscape experience.

· Must be willing to learn/ grow with the company.

· Strong decision-making ability.

· Must be able to manage your own time and prioritize tasks.

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.

· Ability to motivate and lead employees and hold them accountable.

· Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.

· Comfortable reading and understanding Landscape Plans and drawings.

· Proficient in LMN and general computer software.

· Action and result oriented.

· Excels at coaching, supporting, and encouraging a team.

· Displays a positive can-do demeanor.

· Requires minimal supervision.

· Must have a valid driver’s license.

· Must be willing to do snow removal in winters.

Compensation:

You can earn $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 a year plus benefits as an Landscape Construction Foreman with B&K Lawn and Landscape. Your experience, customer service, work ethic, and quality determine your pay. You are in complete control of your future income.
