Landscape Office Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day landscape office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and other communications.

· Maintain organized filing systems for client records, project documents, and other essential paperwork.

· Assist in the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and contracts.

· Coordinate scheduling and appointments for landscape bids and projects.

· Process invoices, track expenses, and job cost each project.

· Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.

· Collaborate with the landscape design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

· Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, assist in procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects.

Job Requirements:

· Ability to learn and navigate company software’s.

· Ability to learn and grow in the lawn & landscape industry.

· Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

· Ability to prioritize various tasks when necessary.

· Ability to provide outstanding customer service to all our customers.

· High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs. (Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.)

· Knowledge of the landscape industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
