Responsibilities

Front Desk Management : Greet and assist visitors and clients with a positive and welcoming demeanour.

Phone Handling : Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Scheduling : Manage and maintain appointment calendars for various staff members.

Inquiry Resolution : Address client and visitor inquiries promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information about B&K Luxury Estates' services.

Visitor Log : Ensure all guests are properly signed in and informed staff of their arrival.

Office Supplies Management : Monitor and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.

Administrative Support : Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Requirement

Experience : A minimum of 1 year experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Organization : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Client-Oriented : A proactive approach to customer service with a genuine desire to assist clients in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Appearance : Professional appearance and demeanor are essential, as you will be the first point of contact for our clients.

Technology : Proficient in using office software like Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with phone systems and scheduling tools is advantageous.

Punctuality : Dependability and punctuality are crucial for maintaining the flow of daily operations.

Salary : $36,000 - $46,000
