What are the responsibilities and job description for the DME Customer Service Representative position at B&K Medical of Junction City LLC?
Searching for the right person to provide retail customer service in our Junction City location. Medical experience preferred but not required.
Duties will include assisting patients and customers with selecting appropriate medical equipment and supplies. Working closely with doctors, nurses and other referral sources to ensure excellent patient care. Preparing and completing insurance paperwork, plans of care, invoicing and numerous other office tasks. Our CSR's work one on one with patients to educate them on uses and directions of prescribed medical equipment and supplies.
Hours are Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm. Some on call is required and is compensated for.
Must have a valid Kansas drivers licenses, pass a pre-employment drug screening and pre-employment background check. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs occasionally.
High level of customer service is expected from all of our employees and patient centered care remains our focus.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
