Program Specialist Job Description:

• Oversee Direct Support Staff and Individuals with disabilities in Marion, Ohio.
• Oversight of approximately 3-6 homes.
• Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with coworkers, JFS and county board case managers, guardians, advocates and most importantly the individuals we serve.
• Working together as a team with all staff to help ensure quality of service.
• Completing schedules for the homes you are assigned.
• Following up on QA's
• Completing tasks for compliance.
• Main office is located in Marion County (Prospect address). Office responsibilities are completed at this office, the homes are located in the Marion area.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old or older
• High School Diploma/GED
• Drivers License and Car Insurance
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Must have open availability for emergencies
