Your day as a CASE MANAGER
As a Case Manager at Licking County Alcoholism Prevention Program (LAPP), you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with substance use disorders. Collaborating closely with counselors, you will assist in managing cases and conduct proactive efforts to connect with community members who require services at the registration / intake stage of treatment. This dynamic position will require a strong skill set of administrative and clinical knowledge, allowing you to engage with diverse individuals and situations. Duties include registration, screening, education of the treatment process, and assist the Administrative Manager and clinical staff. Additionally you may be required to provide coverage in the front office and assist in the facilitation of treatment groups.
