We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Control Specialist (QCS) with a Recovery Care Backgrond to join our team. The QCS is a key personnel role responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of case management services. This individual will maintain a modified caseload, conduct data quality checks, perform audits, and provide recommendations for program improvements. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining high-quality service standards.
Job Duties :
- The Quality Control Specialist (QCS) is identified as key personnel and is responsible for the quality of case management services provided. The QCS shall perform tasks such as :
- Maintain a modified caseload. Perform all responsibilities and tasks as an RCC as it relates to the modified case load maintained.
- Serve as a SME in the CRP process.
- Perform data quality checks for all data entered the WCP database. Evaluate entries for accuracy, timeliness, and format.
- Conduct routine audits and review CRPs to determine quality of services provided to RSMs; check for proper procedures and development of thorough needs assessment; identify any gaps and intervene as necessary to expedite positive outcomes.
- Coordinate with the Training Coordinator to develop specific training for any identified trends.
- Conduct Site Assist Visits (SAV) to ensure compliance with current laws, policies, and procedures. SAVs can be conducted in-person or virtually.
- Identify problems in the data using trend analysis and recommend solutions to WCP leadership.
- Develop protocols for creating cases, making edits and suggest improvements to current methods for entering data.
- Provide written recommendations to Government for programmatic improvements.
