At B&R Auto Wrecking, we’re searching for a passionate and driven Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our family. If you’re enthusiastic about ensuring accurate and efficient order processing, managing inventory levels, and making a tangible impact, this role is perfect for you!
Your Mission: As a key player in our warehouse and yard operations, you will ensure the smooth handling of part orders from acceptance through to dispatch. You'll address any issues that arise, provide alternative solutions, and assist with pulling, picking, and transferring auto parts to the quality control department.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the process of accepting part orders and dispatching them to the corresponding technician.
- Address part issues, providing alternatives and ensuring efficient solutions.
- Assist in pulling, picking, and transferring parts to the quality control department.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of part orders.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring parts are available and organized.
- Organize products for correct inter-company transfers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to staff to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of part order activities and inventory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or a warehouse environment is highly preferred.
- Valuable insights into optimizing processes, managing resources, and leading teams effectively in a fast-paced

Salary: $15-17.00
