Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00-5:00pm with a required on call rotation

Job Title: Tow Truck Driver

Local Resident Required: The potential applicant must live in the Eugen/Springfield area and be able to respond to calls in a timely manner.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Safety First: Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure you’re the safest driver on the road, and adhere to state and federal regulations (FMCSA) like a pro.

· Towing Pro: Stick to our company’s policies and procedures for towing, making sure every vehicle is handled with care.

· Be on Time: Communicate with dispatch and show up promptly at the scene, ready to tackle the task at hand.

· Customer Assistance: Interact with customers with a smile, diagnose automotive issues, and provide hands-on help like changing tires, reconnecting parts, or jumpstarting their vehicle.

· Tow Truck Maestro: Connect disabled vehicles to the tow truck using chains, winches, and other devices, and ensure all lights are properly affixed for safe towing.

· Paperwork Champ: Complete all necessary logs, reports, and invoices with precision.

· Payment Processor: Accept payments for services and make sure every transaction is smooth.

· Maintenance Master: Keep your tow truck in top shape by reporting maintenance or safety issues and maintaining good work habits.

· Independent Operator: Follow procedures with little to no supervision—show us what you’re made of!

On Call: Being "on call" means that the employee is available to work outside of their regular working hours, usually on short notice. While on call, the employee must be ready to respond to service calls and perform their duties as needed. This may involve staying within a specific geographic area and being reachable by phone or other communication methods.

What We’re Looking For:

· Licensed Pro: A valid driver’s license, good driving record, DOT medical card, and ability to pass a background check.

· Adaptable Adventurer: Be comfortable working in varying weather conditions and handle minimal chemical hazards with ease.

Salary: $17-19.00 an hour plus commission bonus pay structure
