Job title : Human Resources Coordinator – Midwest Division

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for various administrative tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee records maintenance, and HR project support. The Midwest division is a recent expansion for B&S Site Development and the Human Resources Coordinator will play a critical role in the adoption of existing HR processes, creation of new processes, and support for a growing employee base. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates.
  • Execute the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and all necessary internal systems are updated.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases (e.g., personal information, leaves, attendance).
  • Process employee changes (promotions, transfers, terminations) and update HR information systems accordingly.
  • Act as a support and guide for disciplinary actions when required.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee recognition programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Lead HR initiatives such as performance management reviews, employee surveys, and training initiatives.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed (e.g., turnover rates, attendance records).
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the HR Director.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in a HR role
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
