Warehouse Manager

B Safe Security is currently seeking a warehouse manager in our Union NJ Location.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Create Purchase orders for Jobs/Service Tickets

· Receive and issue parts to Job/Service Tickets/Warehouse stock in a timely manner

· Work closely with vendors to answer any questions concerning pending orders

· Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies with vendors

· Trace all delinquent arrivals from purchase orders

· Keep accurate data for quantities of parts issued and transferred between branch, satellite offices and inventory

· Conduct Quarterly Inventory Count to ensure accuracy and timely execution

· Oversee and evaluate stock rotation procedures

· Maintain adequate storage for warehouse and on-site inventory

· Train branch staff and technicians in correct inventory processes and proper procedures for locating and utilizing inventory

· Create and implement procedures to eliminate loss

· Create an efficient space utilization plan

· Notify management of shortages or other problems that could impact product availability

· Check bulk orders for accuracy and quality on arrival

· Monitor stock levels weekly and order as needed

· Process RMA's in a timely manner and follow up for replacement/credit

· On occasion, deliver parts to a technician on a job site or pick up parts from a vendor

Education & Required Skills:

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent

· Valid NJ Driver's License with a clean driving record

· Exemplary customer services skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay on task

· Excellent working knowledge of electronics

· Must have dexterity working with small parts

· Must read and speak English

· Must be able to type proficiently and have a working knowledge of MS Office products

· Competent ability to originate and correspond by email

· Strong time management skills

· Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

· Must be responsible, self-motivated, a self-starter, personable, detail-oriented, and well- organized
