Details:
✅ Starting Pay: Minimum of $18/hr
✅ You will be working in exclusive VIP areas/suites as a premium server and while getting the experience of a lifetime in front of suites lining the golf course.
✅ Multiple opportunities available (PrepCook, Cook, Dishwasher, Server, Bartender, Barback, and Busser)
✅Must pass background check, be able to work with all food types including allergens, and be able to provide exceptional customer service.
Job Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in setting up for events or banquets, including preparing drink stations and stocking supplies.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Stay updated on drink trends, brewing techniques, and new menu items to enhance guest experiences.
You will be working in the premium VIP areas as Premium Server interacting directly with VIP clients and guests.
- Arrange tables, chairs, food, and other set-up duties as assigned prior to the guests arriving and after they leave.
- Serve food, distribute drinks, clean up the tables throughout the day.
- Ensure attendees have everything that they need throughout the day.
Work Schedule:

- Event Dates: February 14 - 15, 2025
- Shift Length: 10-14 hours, depending on role and location assigned. (Note: This job may require extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling.)

- Parking is free and you will be shuttled to and from the employee parking lot.
